Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the contiguous U.S. For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.


Shipping Policy

All products are shipped FOB (Free On Board) shipping point, meaning ownership transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier. At that point, risk of loss or damage also passes to the customer. Please note, we are not responsible for carrier delays caused by severe weather, handling errors, misroutes, or other exceptions.


Shipping Carriers and Times

We ship orders via USPS and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates based on average carrier schedules and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard: 5–7 business days
  • 2nd Day: 2 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day

Orders placed after 12 PM Central will be processed the next business day. Estimated delivery dates are provided throughout the checkout process for your convenience.


Handling Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.


Processing and Delivery

Processing times may vary depending on the product. Please note that shipping timeframes do not include the time required to produce your order. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on product pages and during checkout for clarity.

During periods of high demand (such as holidays or major sales), order processing may extend to 15–20 business days.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, we’ll assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier. While this is in progress, you may choose to have your order remade. If the original package is later found, you will be responsible for the cost of both orders. If it cannot be located, you are responsible for the costs related to the original shipment.

Please note: credits cannot be issued for package contents that are delayed. However, if you paid for expedited shipping and the delay was not caused by severe weather or another act of nature, you may request a refund for the shipping charges.
